1. Provider
Tili is provided by Maximilian Fricke, Körtestr. 22, 10967 Berlin, Germany, email: hello@aimoxyz.xyz (“we”, “us”).
2. Scope
These terms govern your use of Tili on Apple devices. Apple's App Store terms also apply. Unless a separate end-user license agreement is provided, Apple's Standard EULA applies. Mandatory consumer rights prevail in the event of a conflict.
3. Service
Tili lets you locally capture, organize, search, view, and export personal content on a timeline. Some features require Tili Pro. We may improve, supplement, or reasonably modify features while preserving the app's essential purpose.
4. License and acceptable use
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use Tili in accordance with these terms and Apple's usage rules. You must not misuse the app, bypass security measures, distribute malicious code, unlawfully reproduce the app, or infringe the rights of others.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to your content. You are responsible for importing or recording only content you may lawfully use. Because Tili is local-first, you are also responsible for appropriate device and data backups. The export feature can assist but does not replace your own backup strategy.
6. Tili Pro, prices, and duration
- Monthly: currently $4.99 per month in the US.
- Yearly: currently $34.99 per year in the US.
- Lifetime: currently $79.99 as a one-time purchase for the supported app and platform.
The localized price, currency, and conditions displayed by Apple immediately before purchase always control. Taxes may be included depending on your region. We may change prices for future purchases; active subscriptions are adjusted only under App Store rules and notices.
7. Free trial
Eligible new subscribers may receive a seven-day free trial with the monthly or yearly subscription. Unless cancelled before the trial ends through your Apple ID subscription settings, it converts to the selected paid subscription. Apple determines eligibility according to the subscription group's rules. Lifetime does not include a trial.
8. Renewal, cancellation, and restoration
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled within the period specified by Apple before the current billing period ends. You can manage or cancel them under Apple ID → Subscriptions. Previously purchased access can be restored using “Restore Purchases” inside Tili.
9. Payment and refunds
Payments are processed exclusively by Apple. Billing, payment methods, Family Sharing, and refunds are governed by Apple's terms and applicable law. Refund requests should generally be directed to Apple.
10. Availability and updates
We aim to provide a reliable app but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Operating-system changes, maintenance, or events outside our control may temporarily affect features. Updates may be required to continue using Tili.
11. Warranties and liability
Mandatory statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. To the extent permitted by law, liability is unlimited for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and where required by mandatory law. For a negligent breach of an essential contractual obligation, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damage.
12. Termination
You may stop using and delete the app at any time; an active subscription must also be cancelled in your Apple ID settings. We may restrict use to the extent permitted by law in response to serious or repeated violations of these terms.

14. Governing law and consumer disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of that country remain unaffected.
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
15. Changes and contact
We may update these terms for the future where there is a reasonable basis and the change is proportionate. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes. Questions can be sent to hello@aimoxyz.xyz.
